Who are the Faculty ?All seminars are jointly led by BlueBlack Principals Mickey Goodman and Tom Aaro. Both Goodman and Aaro started their careers in Product Management at Kraft, and have also held various Product Management positions at Unilever, Cadbury Schweppes, and Nestle. They were two of the Principals of MGR during the 1990s; MGR is recognized as one of the first Customer Marketing agencies, and a thought leader in the development of Customer Marketing in the CPG industry throughout that decade. Since 2001, they have continued their work in the Retail Marketing space at BlueBlack, working with many leading CPG companies. Their client experience includes Kraft, Unilever, P&G, Pepsi, General Mills, Pinnacle Foods and many many more, an they have worked with every top retail Customer. Mickey Goodman has also been a Professor at the Stern School of Business at NYU since 2002, where he created and teaches courses in Retail Channel Marketing and Promotion Marketing.
